Media, Pa.: Cooper & Vernon, Publishers, 1898, facing page 16. This novel tells the story of two adopted children in Media who grow up to get married, and uses many real people names and place names. Caption in this book reads: "The old row on South Avenue, formerly occupied by the lawyers and principal business men of Media."
