The current tenant of this building is SUNSHINE Fine Jewelry. We took over the lease in October 2024 and officially opened our doors in March 2025. It has been an incredible experience becoming part of the Media community and sharing our handmade 24K–14K jewelry with our neighbors. Over the years, this building has welcomed many tenants, from Vision Care of Media to the Media Theatre Studio. Beyond that, information on earlier occupants is limited, but we are proud to continue its legacy as a place where community and craftsmanship come together.
