When we moved here in 2017, the yard was nearly devoid of life, the bathrooms were circa 1940 and the kitchen was small. We have since planted 5 native trees, two dozen native shrubs and about a hundred native perennials, moved the side walk and added paths across the front. We have also remodeled both bathrooms, converted the garage to a kitchen, laundry room and 1/2 bath.
