Property repossessed in 1874 from John Beatty and sold by High Sheriff Joseph Webster to George Broomall for $100. Later sold to families including the Greens, the Eshers, the Williamsons, the Cheyneys, the Donnellys, the Carolls, the Cumberlands, the Reams, and, in 2002, to the Rohr/Urffer family. Restoration is ongoing, using original doors, millwork and hardware when possible, including restoring the front facade's original scored stucco, shutters and porch posts.
Date is probably a year or so off. Children have different haircuts and are slightly older than they are in AP-8147-5 and AP-8147-75, which have same date.
