This building was torn down as part of an urban renewal project in Media, in the late 1960s. Media Fire Hook & Ladder Co. No. 1 occupied the first floor of the building.

The building is decorated for a patriotic event. Gulf gas pump in foreground dates this probably in the 1910-1920 range. This is a contact print from a 2 x 3 inch film negative, and was possibly taken by Streeper.
